We had our first break-in this past Friday. Some meathead took tools that were being used for laying tile (tile cutter, generator, lights, etc.) which put us behind two days. The police were able to lift prints and we have a strong lead that will hopefully pan out.In the meantime, I got a smokin' deal on medallions for the rotundas. They are normally 1K each, but after the sale and and extra bargain, we purchased three for $600. Can't beat that! A picture of the medallion is below.
We met with the pool guy yesterday and finalized the tile and pebbletech color. His crew will start their work in the coming week, however, the pool cannot be filled until we have our CO.
